We are thrilled to announce an exciting canoe trip on Saturday, August 17th, at Crazy Horse Canoe Rental! It's going to be a day full of fun, adventure, and making unforgettable memories with friends. Here's everything you need to know to get ready for this awesome day:

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, August 17th

  • Location: Crazy Horse Canoe Rental, 2505 Waynesboro Highway, Waynesboro, TN 38485

  • Arrival Time: 8:00 AM (sharp!)

  • On the Water: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

  • Pick-Up Time: 12:30-1:00 PM (Parents, please arrive promptly to pick up your adventurers!)

  • Parents, please discuss with your youth the importance of wearing a life jacket at all times when in and on the water.

What to Bring:

  • Water: Stay hydrated!

  • Sunscreen: Protect your skin from the sun.

  • Snacks: Bring some light snacks to keep your energy up.

  • Waterproof Bag: For your phone, keys, or any valuables you want to keep dry.

  • Extra Clothes: Just in case you get wet and want to change afterward.

  • Towel: To dry off after our adventure.

  • Permission Slip: Please bring the signed permission slip.

This trip is open to all youth-aged members and their friends. Whether you're a seasoned paddler or trying canoeing for the first time, we promise it will be a day full of laughter and adventure.
